Benchmarking Workforce Development - Setting the Standard

How does your workforce development area compare to other community colleges across the nation? This half-day session gives you the results of a recent Benchmark Study conducted with 20 different colleges nationwide. The results focus on processes, procedures and best practices in the area of workforce development. You will learn sales call standards, revenue expectations, most demanded curriculum, key customer profiles, instructor/trainer profiles, marketing targets, credit training options, future projections and more. All session participants will receive an electronic copy of the Workforce Development Benchmark Study.
